From 6-8 PM, join Bobby Q's owner Bob LeRose and his pitmaster Matt on the grounds of The Westport Historical Society for an evening devoted to the history and art of authentic barbeque cooking. During the presentation, sample some of their mouth watering house specialties. Valuable tips on smoking and slow cooking beef brisket, pulled pork and of course ribs, are included. Also planned are demonstrations of a variety of rub and sauce preparations to complete the BBQ journey. Tickets are $75.
