Stamford's annual holiday balloon parade with 24 giant balloons, the UBS Parade Spectacular, features new giant balloons including Thomas the Tank Engine, Oscar the Grouch and Popeye. Also on hand marching bands. Step off is noon on Summer Street at Hoyt.
