Morning session
from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for boys and girls ages 7-17. Students groom and tack up their horses or pony. Riders are put in small groups according to their skill level, from beginner through advanced, ride twice daily.
Afternoon session
from 1 to 4 p.m. for children ages 5 & 6 , ride once daily.
Beginner riders will learn in a safe and encouraging environment. Advanced riders will be challenged and learn something new. The summer riding program is offered in weekly sessions with an advancing skill level for riders who attend consecutive sessions.
Lion Hill Farm is located on 23 park like acres in Easton, CT.
The farm has a large outdoor riding ring and an indoor arena, for inclement weather.
