Fairfield County’s Taste of the Nation is a premier tasting event that features the area’s finest restaurants and purveyors sharing their best foods and wines. Each year, hundreds of food and wine enthusiasts and industry professionals throughout Fairfield County join together to raise critical resources for Share Our Strength’s fight to end hunger. Share Our Strength is the nation’s leading anti-hunger, anti-poverty organization. As evidence to the thriving restaurant scene in Fairfield County, Taste of the Nation continues to produce the area’s most exciting food and wine show benefit.
For $75 guests are able to indulge in an array of foods from around the world including a little spice from Thali, Spanish fare at Meigas, Italian specialties from Trattoria Carl Anthony, fresh seafood prepared by f.i.s.h., French bistro from Restaurant Jean-Louis, southern barbeque smoked by Bobby Q’s, and much, much more! Enjoy these fabulous dishes with your favorite wines, some new ones, or a specialty cocktail. With so many generous participants joining in the excitement, making your way through the room and experiencing them all is fun and easy.
