Sound Scientists

Your son or daughter may be the future researcher to solve environmental challenges facing Long Island Sound and the world beyond. Our programs are firmly grounded in National Education Standards for science learning. With a summer’s day, week or more at the Aquarium, your children aspire to achieve in school next fall. We’ll take your child beyond the books with an exciting, hands-on adventure. We show them the fun side of scientific inquiry. Imagine your child doing experiments, holding a real whale bone, handling crabs, netting shrimp at the beach, growing live animals, and so much more.
