Come participate in the 5th annual Stamford KIC IT Triathlon! The Olympic-distance race is open to triathletes and relay teams of all abilities. Participants will brave the LI Sound for a .9-mile swim, quickly mount their bikes for a 24.8-mile ride through N. Stamford, and then will run through downtown Stamford to complete the 6.2-mile run.
