Sharkey's Arts and Crafts Classes for Kids
Sharkey's Cuts for Kids offers arts and crafts classes for children aged 2-4 and 5-8 in three locations: Cos Cob, Larchmont, NY and Westport. Each class includes several structured creative art activities designed and taught by their creative art director. The schedule is: in Larchmont, NY: Mondays, 1-3pm, Ages 2-4; 3:45-5:15pm, Ages 5-8; Tuesdays, 10-12noon, Ages 2-4. In Cos Cob, Wednesday, 3:45-5:15pm, Ages 5-8; Thursday, 10-12noon, Ages 2-4. The Swingle Singers Perform in NSO Benefit
Internationally acclaimed The Swingle Singers perform in a concert to benefit the Norwalk Symphony Orchestra at 8 pm. The Swingle Singers do not use accompanying musical instruments. Instead, the group's eight, talented, young vocalists perform a cappella arrangements, leading The Los Angeles Times to rave, "Everything about The Swingle Singers is flawless."
