The Greenwich Chamber of Commerce's Scarecrow Festival offers live entertainment, delicious food, a hay bale maze, hay rides and the Historical Society's Fall Festival. From 11:30 AM to 4 PM. Admission is $8 for adults and $4 for children.

The 5th Annual Newtown Hooked Rug Show offers 35 vendors, hooking demonstrations throughout the day, a mini-workshop with Michele Micarelli, "Imagination without Limits," and a featured speaker, Linda Rae Couglin.
