Stamford Museum pays homage to the toys of our parents and grandparents with its exhibit, Playthings of Yesteryear, featuring dolls, toys and teddy bears dating from the late 1800s through the 1950s. The exhibition features toys from numerous private collections, as well as several of the Museum's pedal cars and automobile toys from the 1930s and 1940s. Gallery hours are: Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM and Sunday, 11 AM to 5 PM. Admission is $6 and $8.
