The RIDE benefits the Carl & Dorothy Bennett Cancer Center and raises funds to support a unique Exercise & Nutrition Program designed specifically for cancer patients. Funds provide for individualized nutritional consultations, personal exercise planning and eight weeks of individual sessions with a qualified personal trainer. Take on one of four scenic courses of 10-, 25-, 50-or 100-miles through lower Fairfield and Westchester counties. Each course is appropriate for a different level of experience and stamina. What a great way to view the fall foliage and help cancer patients at the same time! The RIDE is not your ordinary bicycling event - we provide full service rest stops with beverages, snacks and restroom facilities, support vehicles, and a finish line barbecue for you and your guests.Each participant is asked to set a fundraising goal of $250 or more.
