School of Rock Hosts Concert, Fundraiser

Channeling the music and energy from one of rock music history’s biggest concert events ever, comes the next generation of talented rockers emerging from the acclaimed School of Rock (www.schoolofrock.com) music program.

Wielding their axe skills and power drum solos, these young all stars (ages 7-17) have arrived in Norwalk, CT and are paying tribute to the historic multi-city, multi-venue rock music concert LIVE AID. Repertoire for the show will include songs from artists such as U2, The Who, Queen, Led Zeppelin, Tom Petty, Bob Dylan, Mick Jagger, Tina Turner, Black Sabbath, Crosby, Stills Nash & Young, and more.

Proceeds from every ticket sold will benefit Music for Relief (www.musicforrelief.org), a non-profit organization established by rock band Linkin Park which seeks to bring the music community together to raise awareness and funds for victims of natural disasters.

Come out with the family, listen to awesome music, support a great cause and get ready to rock!  Concert at 80 Washington Street, South Norwalk.  Admission is $15.
